Hacienda Santa Cruz Merida

This facility is beautiful, every detail is magnificent. As beautiful as the pictures are on the website, it is more stunning upon arrival. The food in the restaurant was delicious and elegantly prepared. We used the hotel as home base to visit sites near Merida. Later in the trip we stayed in downtown Merida, and with the traffic it took us 30 minutes to get outside of Merida. We highly recommend Hacienda Santa Cruz not only for its beauty but for its easy access to the highway and visiting sites nearby. We also loved our waiter - he was charming and taught us a lot about the area and also gave us excellent meal suggestions.

The place is beautiful, It is a place that combines the beauty of the past with the comfort of the present. The food is very good. And The staff was very kind, friendly and attentive.

The setting is magnificent. So many old growth trees and beautiful gardens. Our room was very comfortable. The staff is very pleasant and very proud of their work. It was a very tranquil and relaxing stay.

We loved the cenote, the room and comfy bed, the food, the ambiance, but especially Carlos the waiter who took great care of us. Thank you
